lots of things to do this year unfortunately

its senior year. so this should be quite interesting

but above all. lots of drama.

as usual.

i can't wait to get out of this place.

i love some of my friends

i'm beginning to wonder about others

but its clear

i have very few best friends. very few who know me well. very few who know that i'm not always predictable, i'm not always sane, and i'm not always around.

I have been told every moment of everyday to watch for the big picture. To live my life with the "big" picture in mind, yet it is so contradictory to how i want to live my life.

Why should I think about big picture when all i want to do is live my life with the little moments. Live my life knowing every moment of every day will not be wasted just because i expect to live 100 years, but that i've lived my life expecting to die at any second.

bleh. I'll update this later. Its too fucking hot..LOL

i fail at this stuff

today i was granted an opportunity unlike any other. well ok so it has been common for many people to recieve this opportunity, but rarely many learn from it.

i got to see an artist by the name of Dr. Duanne. He is 75 years old and lives his life according to what he believes.

he is one tough son-of-a-bitch. he cusses more than anyone else i have heard and he is funnier than most stand up comedics these days. i mean seriously, to meet a man who has gone through life many times and again, and still have the passion to live it forth is a man i respect highly.

he highlighted a few main points of how to live life and i'll go over them now...

1) Since he is a photographer, he acknowledged that many photographers photograph what they SEE, not what they touch.

the greatest of humanistic pleasures within our confined space of time is felt, hardly seen. Sure the picture of a feeling has a lot of power, but the feeling itself can never be truly recreated.

For instance, if your love one walks out on you, your heart feels dead, you feel dead, gone, missing right? how can you portray this in an image? sure you can show remorse and agony, but can you show the personal pain involved in this situation? Can you show the meaningless words that can only be felt THROUGH the actions of those mean
